Synopsis : Fragments follows Ben Beckley, a person with schizophrenia at the beginning of discovering her genderqueer identity, and Alex Aldin, a person with major depressive disorder. As they navigate the world post-psychiatric treatment, their fresh friendship anchors them to a common goal to find a deeper meaning in their new lives. Meanwhile, Ben struggles in a relationship with her girlfriend, Reagan, a high-strung residential treatment counselor. The series is seven chapters long, and flits between comedy and drama in a natural, realistic style.
