Submitter Biography : Thomas Leclercq was born 25 odd years ago in Brussels, Belgium. He always liked to tell silly stories with funny characters and for his graduation film, decided to do exactly this, which eventually led to "Playmobil Generation", a tale about friendship, loneliness and plastic toys.
